The Target

1. Consists of a ball shape and 5 Bowling Pins

The Game

1. Each shooter will use a 9mm handgun
2. Each shooter will have 30 seconds to shoot one frame – 6 shots
3. Shooter with the best score and time wins
4. There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes

The Fee’s

1. $20.00 per shooter if registered online and paid before the event
2. $30.00 cash per shooter the day of the event

The Rules

1. You may use your own 9mm handgun or one of ours.
2. You must use ammo provided by range so it is fair playing field for all.
3. No lasers or optics will be allowed.
4. All range safety rules shall always apply.
5. Firearms will always be kept at firing line.
6. Safety briefing before shooting begins.
7. The range will reserve right to remove any participant at any time for safety reasons.

Rounds will start at 15 yards, :30
Must hit ball first then 5 pins in any order = STRIKE – 10 Points
Entrants will be timed each round and scored per each target hit.
Highest Scores with best times per round will proceed to next round

Must abide by all safety Rules & Range Master.
Must be 21 years of age with valid State Or Federal ID
Must not be a felon or have any restrictions which restrict or deny use of, possession or owning a firearm.
Must not be intoxicated by any alcohol or drugs.

Failure to meet or abide any of the above will result in your automatic termination from the event or contest.
Range Master may alter, terminate or suspend any contest entrant from participation with or without cause.

LEGAL ENFOREMENT AND GOVENRING COMPLIANCE
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEVADA AND SHALL RETAIN FULL LAWFUL ENGAGEMENT TO THE STATUES AND LAWS OF SUCH STATE AS DEFINED HEREIN.  NO OTHER LOCATION, REGION OR LEGAL PROVIDENCE SHALL BE LAWFUL TO THE TERMS OR PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR PURPSOSE IN ANY WAY.  THIS AGREEMENT SHALL RETAIN THE LEGAL PARAMETERES AS DEFINED AND PROVISIONED CONTAINED AND NAMED HEREIN. 
EXCLUSIVITY TO LAWFUL AGREED UPON PURPOSE
THIS AGEEMENT IS THE ONLY AGREEMENT FOR THE CONTEST AND ENTRY RULES AND CONDITIONS  OR AGREEMENT TO RELEASE OF LIABILE FOR ENTRANTS OR CONTESTANTS.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION TO ENTRY AND PERSON
AFTER ENTRY HAS BEEN SUBMITTED VIA DIGITIAL TRANSMISSION YOUR LEGALLY IN PERSON AS IDENTIFIED BY YOUR ENTRY CONFIRMATION EMAIL CONTAINING YOUR IDENTIFIABLE TO PERSON SHALL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE IN FULL TO NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, EMAIL ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE FOR ENTRY TO COMPETE IN THE TOURNAMENT. 
TERM OF AGREED PROVISIONS ACCEPTANCE 
This Agreement shall automatically take full force and effect upon your submission of the entry button and shall be binding to completion of the Target Bowling Tournament and it’s final awards or gifts which are presented to the top 3 competitors of the contest.  You understand that participation in this event will put you in proxmiaty of or near areas where LIVE FIREARMS WILL BE DISCHARGED and agree to hold harmless any persons, business entities, organizations, companies or individuals in operations or attendance for any claims regardless of fault or intention until the event or tournament concludes and for purposes of this term and provision November 17th 2013 12:00 Noon P.S.T. 
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Must be over the age of 21 years with valid State or federally issued ID. 
Must not have any felonies or restrictions which make you unlawful to own, possess or be in possession or use of a firearm. 
Must be a U.S. Citizen 
One Entry to tournament per person 
PROCEDURES 
Upon your turn to shoot on the live firing lane you must obey and follow the procedures as given by the Range Personnal or Range Officer in charge of your shooting lane. Failure to obey and follow procedures may result in your disqualification and elimination to proceed in the tournament at the Range Officers sole discretion and complete authorization to disqualify any shooter should they feel they are a threat to safety or may cause harm to themselves, others or property. 
SAFTEY RULES 
Please follow all live fire shooting rules once it’s your turn.  Failure to follow all safety rules and instructions will automatically at the Range Masters Determination Only be cause for immediate disqualification with or without cause.

All information contained herein is considered proprietary and confidential to the operations and performance of this event and it’s sponsors.  Illegal transmission, copies or uses of this
